It's hard to believe that he's only 32. I always liked him as a person, from seeing his pleasant demeanor in interviews. I hope he makes the roster and can get his career back on track, though it would suck to see him make an impact when I'm sure we could've had him at the drop of a hat.
 
I was always a big fan of Max but I don't think he has anything left in the tank.
 
Max is a great guy. Hopefully he catches on in Arizona and makes a difference for them.
 
LOL @ them signing him! He could have started for us, too.

I think that covered both sides of the argument.
 
I think if he hasn't gotten out of shape he could be a very servicable backup. Starks had great hands (awful feet) but he could punch and slide people very well and should provide depth for the cards at OT if he isn't 400lbs again.
