What a draft! Rod, LL oy D, Hardy, Everitt and Hall not to bad. and some guy named Merrill Hoge in the 10th rd.( the draft wasnt always 7 rounds)

Not close to 1974 but still pretty awesome draft!!

98 was good bang for the buck too.

2017 will go down as one of the great ones too, I think… depending on how Sutton progresses… though conner and Juju have left the fold they both were pro bowlers…

2014 is the greatest What if…draft… Shazier, Tuitt and Bryant all looked like home run borderline hof types early on… none had long careers and all their issues that ended their careers were not related to on field play concerns…

Cowher's first draft in 1992 was underrated, IMO.

1. Leon Searcy OT
2. Levon Kirkland LB
3. Joel Steed DT
8. Darren Perry S

agreed. definitely help the defense go in the right direction

96… but we got a lot of value late that draft… holmes, witman, Roye and though he only started 30 games for us, Carlos emmons was our seventh and he went on to be a longtime starter for philly and the giants…

For somwe reason I couldn't remeber the year. I fully agree on the value of that draft as the players you mentioned. I liked Carlos a lot.
