Steelers -3, what if Bell was playing?

Does that line reflect an assumption that Bell won't play, or would the line be the same even if he were playing? Well, I guess it reflects the bettors general opinion on it, but I wonder if the line moves a point or two if Bell was known to be playing. IDK, I think it would hover about 3 either way.

I'd say it's under the assumption that he won't play because as of now, he isn't playing.

I'm sure thats the point spread as of today. It's up to you to determine if it's a good bet or not. If something changes between now and game time, causing point spread to change, you know they aren't giving you a chance to change your bet. That point spread, it the here and current NOW time. There is projection into it, just like you would project into it. If you think Bell is going to play, take the bet.......... Kapish????
