The Pittsburgh Steelers went into Week 12 at Soldier Field hoping for a much different result. While the Chicago Bears have become a surprisingly difficult team to defeat in the 2025 season, now sitting at 8-3, the Steelers fell to 6-5 after a tough 31-28 loss. Pittsburgh did not play its best football and was without starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Mason Rudolph stepped in, did a respectable job, and kept the team competitive, but it ultimately was not enough for the Steelers to walk out of Soldier Field victorious. The loss cost Pittsburgh its lead in the AFC North, raising the stakes even higher as they prepare to return home for a critical Week 13 matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
