Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin deserves a lot more criticism than he has received for the original promotion of Matt Canada. The team's quarterbacks coach had the role for just one season before being promoted, and was eventually fired in the middle of the 2023 campaign after a two and a half year stint. The organization wanted to swing big for 2024 and hired Arthur Smith, who had just finished a subpar tenure as the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons. Overall, the offense still didn't impress anyone aside from a few games. There is a lot of work left to be done in 2025.
