The Pittsburgh Steelers have been under fire since the end of the 2024 season due to the coaching staff. The fanbase is tired of ownership being cheap with the coaching staff as the organization has one of the smallest coaching rosters in the NFL. Many fans were calling for Head Coach Mike Tomlin's job, and the ineffectiveness at both coordinator positions has been despicable. There were some bright spots on the coaching staff, but the Steelers lost one of their best defensive minds on Friday.
