The Pittsburgh Steelers' new coaching staff under first-year Head Coach Mike McCarthy has rounded out and come together over the last several weeks. Now, the Steelers await NFL free agency to start in March ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft, which will be hosted in the Steel City. The Steelers have several positions of need they will be looking at to help improve the 2026 team as they look to quickly retool under McCarthy.
