The Pittsburgh Steelers made an unusual move to pay big money to former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen in the 2024 offseason. The Steelers signed Queen to a three-year deal worth $41 million, even with Queen taking a pay cut to join Pittsburgh. He chose the Steelers because he wanted to be part of a winning culture, rather than settling for a team he felt had less promise.
