The 2026 offseason is in full gear for the Pittsburgh Steelers as the team navigates a new era under Head Coach Mike McCarthy. There are likely to be plenty of changes to the roster, but the collective is not going to commit to a rebuild. There is a lot of money invested in the defense, and while no one is quite sure who will return, the majority of impact players should still be around come Organized Team Activities (OTAs). The bigger challenge may be rounding out an offense that remained stagnant at times in 2025, especially because there is currently no known plan for the quarterback position.
