The Pittsburgh Steelers held their first preseason matchup of the 2024 season Friday night as they hosted the Houston Texans. The Steelers came up short with a score of 20-12, after falling to a quick 17-0 deficit. Steeler Nation may have tuned into this preseason game more than they normally would, and that would be to see how first-rounder Troy Fautanu is coming along. The Steelers' rookie offensive tackle was unfortunately seen in a brace on his leg shortly after the loss in Pittsburgh.
