Interesting pickup from Titans practice squad. 2021 Univ. of Houston player. Calm down, Coolie.

6'3", 252 lbs. Ran a 4.67 40, 25 reps, 37" vertical (crazy good), 123" broad jump (again, crazy good).

Signed as UDFA by the Titans. Logged 3 sacks in the preseason.

I've always been "bring the in and check the tank / tires" as until you wittness you don't know what you've got. TJ WATT to IR, short term or long term? I've been hearing short term with return designation so this makes room on roster.

Thanks for the find & post Steetime.

Coolie will be very very happy happy.

I think Coolie will exceed his diaper alotment today.!!!!

I'm glad and looking forward to Coolies' player break down.

I think after the initial minimum he can stay on IR until healthy. The term will depend on the degree of muscle damage.😁

Mr. and Mrs. Coolie visit the doctor:

Man I was expecting Cookie to have a 10 paragraph post about this guy already. Slipping

So …. Thinking this signing through…
The **** kept our cast off Tkuska over this young man?

Am I thinking right?
The censor stuff complicates reading some posts, the Titans kept tuzka over anenih?

Probably the same reason he made the Steelers over Jones last season. Minutes in the league and decent run D?

Love this pick up

sorry I've been training a new employee all morning and just saw this

I pimped Anenih prior to last season starting

He is athletic and quick as hell

He had a solid season last year with the Coogs and flashed some skill in the preseason for the Titans (I think his three sacks were in one game)

Going into the draft I expected him to be an UDFA or a very late pick

He is talented enough but pretty raw in his moves. He relies a lot on his speed but is strong enough for the position but he chases plays to the whistle...

Athletically and physically gifted specimen. But his athleticism didn't always translate to production. He won primarily in college with his size and speed. 6-3, 251lbs, 4.67/40, 37.5" vert, 123" BJ, 34 3/8" arms, and 9 1/2" hands. Those are first round draft pick type numbers. Problem is those physical traits didn't translate on the field as he really didn't have much more than a speed rush. But maybe with that NFL coaching and camp he has picked up a few moves and counter moves. I really hope he can at least be a rotational pass rusher to keep everyone fresh and maybe give us a little more to get us by for the next 6-8 weeks.

wow very quick first step and closing speed, solid tackling form. Needs to gain some weight but he might be a very good project

S H I T !!!

I thought OLB meant Offensive Line Blocker.

But from the posts thus far he is apparently a good one, so I'm OK with it!

TJ's not busy. Stick him and the kid in the film room for about 20 hours to start with and they can go over some of TJ's greatest hits.

and out on the field working on hand placement and leverage against the OL

I thought I heard a loud scream this morning all the way up in NE Houston. I was like, that’s ******* Coolie. He must have got some this morning but must have been one of his Coogs that did the trick.
