I was hoping one of the moves would be for a S with Kaz out for a part of the season.

Weren't there better options out there after cut downs? Hopefully, this guy can help a little.

****!
I thought S was the abbreviation for Senter.

Whew................ I thought you were going to say Scenter and make this all about Coolie while driving in the LUXURY S 10..........................

But I like how you're thinking................................

PS

We definately were a little thin at S so I see this as depth and they are satified with who we have to start.

Edmunds being one of the starters has definately upped his game from what pre-season shows.

They were looking to use more 3 safety sets even without Kazee to let Minkah roam free. We'll see how things shake out.

There were… even before cutdowns… i wanted Landon Collins because he is basically a hybrid S/ilb type… but he is going to be pricey as hell unless he got real desperate… there were some other starter types cut.. Tarrt is still out there i think… and the Giants cut Jerrod Wilson too…

this guy is definitely versatile and smart…he has starter experience… i don’t think he is anything more than a backup here though. He got cut because after the giants resigned him off of tampa bays roster, they decided to go in a youth direction at Safety rather than clog things up with an average guy.

The thing is we really only need him until Kazee is back and in game shape.. and he wont be pricey. He can play all the DB slots in a pinch too

They can minimize Bush on the field but they will still have to tackle RB's. Using a 180 or 190 pound safety doesn't fix that problem especially when we only have 2 DL on the field.

You can move Edmunds closer. He is run stopping capable.

They will learn to use him properly on the practice squad before they allow him to unleash hell with the 1's.

and Tyler Vaugns wanders aimlessly around the free agent landscape

I guess they weren't high on the kid. Definitely a good question for Omlin.

Though he dropped some passes he also made some very good plays, wonder if there's another problem there, wrong attitude maybe?

Drops some passes and makes some plays, we already have that spot filled.

thry wont use the 2-4-5 anymore last year I just saw 3-4-4 4-2-5 and 3-2-6 I think the DL set is scrapped Cams up there in age and you need a guy like Tuitt the cincy big guy is no tuitt

With Larry and Alualu back I would hope that solidifies the D so that they don't feel they have to rob Paul to pay Peter. It will be interesting how they scheme with a new DC.
