The Falcons will..

Mixed feelings for me...would have enjoyed seeing the Steelers on the show but clearly Tomlin & Co. want no part of it. As far as the Falcons go, am I missing something or is there absolutely nothing about that team that moves the needle / would generate big ratings? Not a team followed nationally, HC and QB are bland, drafted an OT in round one...

You're right, but that's why it makes sense for the Falcons. They want to be a big name team and this can bring them a step closer.

Falcons? Won't watch one episode.

Would have liked to see the Steelers on it, but would never want them to volunteer to.

I live in Atlanta and don't watch the Falcons. I definitely won't watch them on Hard Knocks. I can't see it being interesting.

I'm glad it won't be a distraction, for a team (us) that needs to focus !!

Salute the nation

As a fan, I would enjoy watching it, because at least it's an hour of TV every week about something interesting to me. On the other hand, I can understand from the team's perspective that it's a distraction to what they're trying to do to get ready for the season.

edit: Meaning, obviously, if the Steelers were on the show.

I'm glad as I don't think there's any benefit to it.
