Stephen A. On The Vikings Game

Thanks Ron

Nothing said that wasn't truth.

SAD state that it has gotten this far out. All teams have young players yet manage a better culture.

Salute the nation

Those that think the “get rid of Tomlin” sentiments are beating a dead horse, are failing to see… this team does not/has not lacked for talent, but repeatedly has lacked discipline and toughness, with exception of those self motivated players (ie. Cam n TJ). We keep seeing a repeated cycle of self promoting, selfish play. AB seemed the beginning. Bounce him, JuJu takes over with his Tik Tok (he has shown toughness at least) and now Claypool. The culture sucks and the overall toughness has gone out the window some time ago.

How is the lack of discipline, selflessness and toughness not the responsibility of the coach, especially with the young talent that comes in. Set the tone early as to what expectations are and insist those expectations are met by those with the obvious talent to do so.

That has not happened for WAY TO LONG now.

I don’t think a Steeler fan would have a problem with Tomlin and losses, if they came by way of being out talented, but hard fought to the end, by all/most players playing selfless and tough???

Yep agree. He might be setting the tone but doesn't seem to punish or discipline when they cross the line.

All Bellicheat has to say is 'I benched a guy for the SB...try me!' .

In the first video Tebow talking about the basic things…handing the football directly to the refs in the 2 min because it reduced the chance for a mishap…as a fan, I never thought about something that simple. You’ll have to excuse my ignorance…I’m a fan. Why is it that it looked as if the Steelers players didn’t know that?

I love how Ryan Clark wears his love of the Steelers on his sleeve.

Trouble is Mr Rooney does not see any of what is said. Much what is said is true, this ownership does not seem concerned with the lack of physical play, smart play or the lack of competitiveness till game has already been decided. Yes, the game has changed but you see all these qualities the Steelers lack when watching other teams play.
