Even the loyal supporter Stephen A Smith says it’s time to move on from Tomlin.
Basically what the majority of Steelers fans know already.Even the loyal supporter Stephen A Smith says it’s time to move on from Tomlin.
You're right because is probably the face of ESPN. He has the biggest platform and the biggest reach. Even if it doesn't get ARII to make a move alone, it may help push the two sides to a mutual parting ways.I realize most of you don't care about his opinion but clearly the ground swell is happening. When guys like this speak it gets louder and the gears start to move. If not this year certainly next.

It probably doesn't get Dookie off his comfy tookus, but it does give him cover when the media voices get clearer. This is no way to run a team, let alone the Pittisburgh Steelers, but its beyond obvious that Dookie is all about HIS Head Coach Tomlin. You're right because is probably the face of ESPN. I hear you, but those empty seats are paid for seats-which is the #1 thing for this Rooney in chargeI realize most of you don't care about his opinion but clearly the ground swell is happening. When guys like this speak it gets louder and the gears start to move. If not this year certainly next.
I don't disagree. I just think the Stephen A take doesn't hurt either.I hear you, but those empty seats are paid for seats-which is the #1 thing for this Rooney in charge
I think the fire Tomlin chants are the best way to talk to this owner
I will interact with the board, I will watch free agency, I will go to the draft. I will not watch another Mike Tomlin led Steelers game. I have been fighting with this for awhile. That stress level finally came to a head. I am done. When this team wants to step away from their Bob Nutting approach to actually caring what fans want I will turn on the game again…If Stephen A Smith thinks so it must be true.
Maybe he will go on ESPN and start screaming that Tomlin needs to go.
Seriously, I couldn’t care less what that tool thinks or says.
What’s important to me is the collapse of the fan base which you’re going to see more and more of.
They lose in Baltimore which I think they will, they come home for a Monday night game against the Dolphins to a lot of empty seats. That will get Rooney’s attention, empty seats.
The more national people, even if they are tool bags, the better.I don't disagree. I just think the Stephen A take doesn't hurt either.
I couldn't agree more. Please Rich Eisen.you can even say it's not his fault. Both sides just need to move on.The more national people, even if they are tool bags, the better.
If he is actually worth a first you shouldn't trade him.Who in the world would give us a 1st round pick for Tomlin? I would be happy with a 30 YO Clark bar and a warm six of IC Light!
Been this way for a while, the games are recorded, if they win I’ll watch it. There was always your typical fan stress but it was just becoming an angry experience at our version of Groundhog Day with the knowledge that nothing will change, not healthy.I will interact with the board, I will watch free agency, I will go to the draft. I want a coach that will be competitive win or lose. Not fall apart year in and year out and incapable of change. Not have embarrassing uncompetitive matchups.
I was thinking about coming up there for the draft.I will interact with the board, I will watch free agency, I will go to the draft. I will not watch another Mike Tomlin led Steelers game. I watch the games. I hope for wins. I have to admit I'm not fun to watch the games with for the past several years. I'm very jaded about it. I dont think my buddy and his son who still believe in MT enjoy watching with me. I have a bet with him. If the Steelers win a playoff game with Tomlin I pay for him to get drunk. If he they don't he is going to formally admit I've been right the last 5 years.I will interact with the board, I will watch free agency, I will go to the draft. I think the fire Tomlin rant will work just fine.I was thinking about coming up there for the draft.
Slash, I haven’t decided what to shout out though. Should I yell to fire Tomlin or should I yell to sell the team?
Sounds like a pretty good approach.Been this way for a while, the games are recorded, if they win I’ll watch it. There was always your typical fan stress but it was just becoming an angry experience at our version of Groundhog Day with the knowledge that nothing will change, not healthy.
