Suggs Opens up about his “bromance” with Hines Ward

That's funny I remember Ray Lewis doing that exact same thing to a Broncos player in the mid to late 2000's on a long FG attempt, Reed caught the ball since it was short and Lewis totally blind sided the Broncos player, the Ravens players thought that was great.

Are we really supposed to believe Suggs is outraged by a hard hit on a Bengal? Suggs would have done the same thing. Perhaps Hines’ best “decleating” shot was the one he put on the Raven’s Ed Reed. That’s why they really hate him. 🤣🤣🤣

Hines still in their tiny heads,,,**** Sloth.

Guys like this make the rivalry fun. Always loved the trash talk in the early 2000s between these two teams.

I was at a restaurant for lunch and almost spewed my drink all over everyone as I laughed at Suggs comments. Hines was the BEST! A true Steeler forever!

Other than Hines lowering his head, Reed was coming straight at him. Not sure why he didn't try to defend himself.

Watching Hines repeatedly turn these chest thumping, self proclaimed bad ***** around the league into whiny, crying little ******* was one of my favorite things in my history of watching Steeler football. They should all have their **** talking card revoked for being scared of a WR 2/3 their size. *******.

Hey Terrell, I'm headed to the laundry mat, could I borrow some BLEACH ????

Love Hines Ward all the way to the HOF.!!!!

Salute the nation

The hit on Rivers was still one of the fiercest hits I've seen. Rivers NEVER recovered from that. Pretty much knocked him out of the NFL.

Ward was a physical player, no doubt about that. And if you weren't watching he was waiting. All 210 lbs. of him.

In 2004 or 2005, I remember Hines laid out a Browns D lineman.
Lol. He wasn't scared of anyone

Putting a bounty on him went too far. That **** got pushed under the rug. I mean what was it 2 or 3 years bounteygate. There should have been major penalties surround8ng the bounty on Ward.

And that wasn't a blind side hit either.

The Saints got caught in 2011-2012(2012 offseason).
Seems like yesterday. I was actually watching a video on the audio tapes from Greg Williams.
Bounty material sure. I thought it was still excessive crackdown on the Saints.

The only game that stands out if they were trying to hurt someone was against Minnesota.
Favre took an *** whooping.

Idk if the Ravens ever did try to put a bounty on Ward.
Gameplay says otherwise. Hined was a rarity in he could take a hit that would leave most offensive players down.

The fact he got up smiling and would crack you right back, I can see why the opposition hated him.
