To all Steeler fans: Would you be interested in doing something special to show support for Le'Veon Bell? He is doing such a good job for the Steelers right now. I propose that all Steeler fans going to the last 2 home games, bring a bell, and ring it when Le'Veon Bell first comes out on the field and every time he gets the ball. It would be like waving the "terrible towel" only better. Can you help me get the word out about doing this if you think it's a good idea? :)

I'm thinking no.

Do you know how the "Terrible Towell" works? What charity it stands to? Bell is a WONDERFUL part of this team, but to even consider dropping the TT, even Bell would be against it. So, I'm standing on the "NO" side of the street. As far away as I live, I'm sure that some can still see me waving my TT !!!!!!

Salute the nation

Good luck trying to get a bell past security.

This is the Steelers, not Mississippi State

How about if he keeps on posting performances like the ones over the last three weeks, and then some time in February, the NFL gives him a big silver football, a gaudy ring and a new car?

:( I wasn't suggesting that we drop the "terrible towel", that would be sacrilegious. I thought the bell could be additional and rung only when Bell had the ball. I do appreciate your thoughts on this matter.

Lol I I'd imagine the play action pass won't work as well if people don't ring their bell when he doesn't get the ball on that type of play. If I was a defender I'd go straight to the running back as soon as I'd hear it.

I've been burned by this before.

Earlier in the year when Blount came out, we were all supposed to...

Damn piss test.

We did it at the Ravens game. It's fun and would be cool if it catches on.

Our new cheerleader is over in General Discussion.

I think it'd be pretty cool for players to have their own fan clubs at the games. Maybe not the whole stadium, but a Bell section at Heinz Field would add to the atmosphere as long as they didn't go overboard with the bells.

It has gone over well in the past, Franco's Italian army, Guerelas Guerrillas, The Banazak Bunch, Lamberts lunatics, just to name a few.

Renegade within the stadium should be replaced with

I have an idea. Why don't we all bring Didgeridoos and play them after we score, instead of applauding..

Here is 10 hours worth.
