Couple of writers are saying that the play is being reviewed by NFL offices. There was a disagreement in the ruling among statisticians at the game.

RB went in motion as a receiver and backfield was empty on the snap. That was a busted pass play.

The official scorer was a dipshit. It’s as plain and simple as that. If he determines it was a running play after a bad snap then no sack. It was an obvious pass play. The dude was likely a ravens fan.

There are also a bunch of snap shots of TJ being held like crazy yesterday as well. Someone did not want him breaking that record.

Ravens had 1 penalty for 5 yards yesterday. All those runs, not a single hold.. amazing!

Don’t sacks constitute tackles? If he forced a fumble, it couldn’t be a tackle (which would end the play) and therefore it’s not a sack. That what I was thinking.

Strip sacks are a forced fumble and a sack but not a tackle. At least that’s my understanding
