All the Rats needed was to see the Steelers in those "run the north" t shirts. Talk about bulletin board material. Wow. I knew they were done when I saw them wearing them.

Yeah, that's what it was, it was the Tshirts. It wasn't that they're division rivals, that they both hate and respect them, that the Steelers blew them out last time or that these are the playoffs and there's a potential trip to the SB on the line. None of that mattered, they weren't ready to play the game until they saw the Steelers in those Tshirts.

I personally hate the idea of Division Champ shirts/hats. Thats for those teams like Detroit/Arizona/Jacksonville. I will say though, the Black "Run the North" shirt looked really good. (Still not gonna buy one)

I said though before the Cincy game, that it just seemed like we were playing in the NFC North semi final, and the true division championship was going to be against Baltimore. We won by definition, but we aint playin Sunday.

Bottom line, I called this team an 8-8 team since September. I was shocked to finish at 11-5, because I think most Steeler fans who have been around to remember this last Championship Era and the first in the 70s recognize the difference between serious contenders and pretenders, We were the latter. No doubt about it.

Terrible idea.They didn't run much the last game they played.You don't play for cheap trinkets anyway.Who cares about that crap?That isn't the standard. You play for NFL championships...errr well at least they used to. The only gear i will buy is lʍoq ɹǝdnS gear or normal Steeler stuff.

Yes. You would think an 11-5 season would bring hope and optimism after consecutive 8-8 seasons but I don't think it does for most Steelers fans.

I can't help but see the Steelers as a listless organization with perpetual salary cap issues and an ambiguous identity.
