He just endorsed a couple of ******* RINOs. Good move or bad?

I feel like it was necessary in some form, but very risky. If he has not coordinated a reciprocal response, this could be a disaster.

Fk Ryan and McCain. I am not convinced that he can't win still calling them out for the rat ******** that they are.

I honestly don't know anything about it. I'm still voting Libertarian so doesn't matter to me anyway.

I think it was smart. Trump is learning as he goes, but even he realizes that a united GOP(or at least one that looks united) is needed to defeat the dems and the media

Clinton's lead over Trump narrows to less than 3 points -Reuters/Ipsos poll

NEW YORK, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's lead over Republican rival Donald Trump narrowed to less than 3 percentage points, according to a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll released on Friday, down from nearly eight points on Monday.

I'm with Spike. He had to stop the bleeding and like they said on Fox, "choke down an endorsement". The McCain/ Ayotte thing was a surprise but then again, scripted and tepid IMO and probably demanded by his advisors before it got out of control. Unity is necessary to win, so unify and move on....for now.

There's a lot of work to do before Nov. and we still got this **** to deal with.......

SuperVoters_Chart.jpg

About 1.8 million dead people listed as active voters.

The Pew Report doesn't say how many dead people are voting in Chicago, although that's a legendary activity here. More to the point, the voter registration process is a mess. Not mentioned in the story is the debate over tightening up the voting process by tightening up registration, including the use of photo IDs. Democrats and liberals don't want it, sometimes calling such calls "racist." Wonder why?

I think that Trump needs GOP support to stand any chance. He needs Kasich on board to help in OH and PA. Trump pretty much name called himself out of the race at this point. It is one thing to attack a candidates policies and even character attacks on the candidates, but he should have left people's families out of it. If he didn't attack Heidi Cruz he would have probably have had Cruz's backing. He went after Jeb and his family which is a bit different, but still. I can not blame Cruz or Bush for not backing Trump. I am not sure what happened with Kasich and Rubio, but I would think they should do whatever it takes to keep Hillary out if they meant what they said in the Republican race.

A lot of trump supporters say screw those people which is fine, but makes it near impossible to win without some big name support. Plus those people know how to run campaigns and could really help in that department. Trump relies mainly on the media. Trump seems to be sinking and without more GOP support it will get worse. Hillary has a huge edge in the debates and attack ads are rolling out. It is time for Trump to do something. He still has at least one ace up his sleeve and that is to release his tax returns. If he does that and nothing is there it will give him some credibility. If he does not release them it seems like he is hiding stuff. His reasons for not releasing are BS as he could release a previous years.

If Trump wants to win, he's gonna have to work a few sweetheart deals behind the scenes.

I feel sorry to for those who take this fantasy world play at face value.

I don't hold a lot of angst for polls till we get closer and even then they have been wrong in some cases but Trump looks like he did **** the bed and he has some serious work to do to fix it.

Look --this is politics. If endorsing people from your party helps, you do it. Trump hurt himself. So did the Republicans.

A Hillary Clinton presidency looms as the clock is about to strike midnight.

He had to do it but I bet he's hoping that Ryan and those other ******** all lose. I am.

I honestly don't know anything about it. I'm still voting Libertarian so doesn't matter to me anyway.

Voting libertarian is like voting for Hillary. I'd put aside what you don't like about Trump and consider the Supreme Court appointments under the Hildebeest.

I have. I'm good with them. :thumb:

Funny that a lot of the same people who are telling us not to vote for Trump because he isn't Conservative enough are the same ones who told us to hold our nose, and vote for McCain and Romney because real Conservatives can't win any more.

I'd be fine with the strict constructionist justices that Trump would appoint. I have said before if I must drag somebody towards Liberty I'd rather start at center right than hard left. I would never vote for a a Neo-Socialist like the Hildebeast and frankly the thought of the activist judges she would appoint disgusts me. You know the Ruth Bader Ginsburg type who ignore what is written in the Constitution and base decisions on European precedent.

Wait...are you in agreement with what I said, or the cute little game Tibby played with my words?

Typically those that choose to stay at home or vote third party are those that are not happy with the Republican candidate. That favors the democRAT candidate.

I am not happy with Trump. I am not sure he isn't a stalking horse for Clinton and I a don't think Trump is really all that conservative. Statists are statists regardless of their political stripe.

There is NOTHING "typical" about this election - how many times does it need to be said? Throw away ALL past election comparisons, they don't apply this time.

Hillary and the DNC was caught red-handed rigging the primary election with a smear campaign against Bernie by the media, they are trying to do the same now against Trump.

True Bernie supporters HATE HER GUTS and will NEVER vote for her, so tens of millions of millennials will probably not vote. or go Green Party.

She's as corrupt as they come, and the ONLY one that can defeat her is Trump.

At this point, we need Sanders to run. He just might be in the lead if he did.

That being said, I just couldn't pass this opportunity up 'D'.
