IMO, Haley's has called some bad games in the past from running it on 3rd and long, to forgetting about helping the tackles when they are having bad games

He was better this year, but we have the best QB-RB-WR-TE combo in the NFL. Has Haley improved or is he just an average joe jockey on the best race horse?
