This is a Surprise

Thanks for posting this Coolie, I didn't see it until now.

Bozwell has been way above average kicker and now recently (last couple years) he is coming into his own.

Tucker has nothing on the Boz.

with the game on the line there is no other kicker in the league I want lined up. I would say that he is the best kicker since Gary Anderson but Gary didn't have near hte leg that the Bos has. If he keeps this up Boz may very well go down as the best kicker ever.

I love Boz.....but sorry. Tucker just might be the best kicker ever.

After he nails a 77 yarder in Denver to seal a 21-20 victory on the back of his 7th FG

Best kicker ever

BOZ is currently 6-0 on made FG, I’m pretty sure Tucker missed at least one on Sunday.

I was talking currently and BOZ still has prime of his career where as Tucker is in last 1/3 career.

Time will tell, it’s a wait and see.

I think Tucker was the best, but has been declining the last 2 years. Currently you would be hard pressed to find anyone better than Boz. I think he has significantly increased his leg strength the last few years

Boz had a great game. Tucker is still the best.

Well, he sucks at opera.

Among all kickers who have attempted at least 10 kicks of 50+ Boz has the best percentage at 82.4. He is 28/34. Tucker is only at 69.9%.

I was watching highlights of some other teams and the one team had two kickers, one for FGs and one to kickoff. I thought, huh! what a waste of roster space. I guess we take Boz for granted, really. Well, at least I did

Both are even more impressive given they kick in open air stadiums most of the time.

I mean, he was our only offense so…
The other part of the offense had to drive the ball enough times to put him in situations to score.

That blanket statement is leaving out names that contributed on offense to come away with a win. Fields, Pickens, the Oline, RBs….

I will agree he is the only one who scored points.

I just absolutely loved watching some ball control
offense (week 1 no less). Only two 3 and outs is impressive considering the lack of first downs under the crayon eater.

If even some explosive plays start coming and this D stays healthy this team has the potential to make a little noise. Will they realize that potential remains to be seen but the arrow is pointing up it seems.

Pretty wide brush-stroke. BOZ had someone hold for him, right?

I hear what you are saying, but also want to include those who fought to get the ball with-in range.

That was a tongue in cheek comment.

You know what you call a team that racks up yards between the 20s but can’t score touchdowns? Mediocre at best.

That was not.

Honestly hard to remember a more deserving weekly winner. I was literally losing my **** thinking they woukd lose due to hit on punter. The kucjs were fantastic. But that's his job and he earns his money. The punt was unbelievable.
