This is literally how stupid NFL media is.......

I think of coach posting **** here for years, then disappearing for a couple months (probably therapy), coming back with better interactions for a few months, then going off the rails......disappearing again (more "help") and re-emerging as Lloyd (or was it GregLloyd for a minute?) with a newer "boom chuckalucka" more 70s high-school narcissist personality. Similar lack of writing skills and misuse of words, with that same cut/paste of topics from other Steeler news sites.

Same old cooch, same ego-swelling guy self-affirming because he doesn't understand news cycles and the ignore button.

I'm sure a mod can point out if I'm in error and these are two distinct personalities (I mean posters; maybe a slightly new personality). I'd be happily corrected if the above is incorrect.
Pretty much nailed it.

His username was created at the same time frame that cooch stopped posting under his old username. They obsessed over the same players/HC and both are high level narcissists. If I was a gambling man I would put my money on both being the same individual. (both in Florida)

This version is just older and more bitter. But the same regurgitation traits…
That’s interesting. You may be right. Wouldn’t the moderators be able to confirm if they are one and the same? I know on other boards you can’t just sign up under a new identity because it recognizes your IP address.

It seems like most media just makes stuff up these days. Once upon a time, using the term "team insider" would reflect an actual journalist with legitimate ties to the inner workings of the franchise. These days, just about every Steelers article I read contiains information claimed to come from a "Steelers insider." However, the information seems more like an opinion click-bait article written by an influencer polling a couple fans or haters on X (Twitter) and reporting about what their opinions are as inside information.

You can change IPs pretty easy now a days. So yeah if they didn’t change it …

Back before actual counted views drove revenue, editors would be discriminating about what " unnamed sources" would be allowed to be used in a story... this protected the reputation of the media source..

If it was a coach or front office person, it would likely be given an ok... of it was the towelboy talking about locker room rumors, probably not..

Players are hit and miss with inside information... agents are almost always spinning an agenda...
reporting isnt just gossip mongering as fast as you can... you need to be a trusted source abd right more often than wrong... well at least thats how it used to be...

Now you throw anything out there and put an unnamed sources tag on it, or regurgitate what some no name nobody blogger just said as a hot take to get views
