The worst thing that could happen is for them to eek out yet another 9-8, which would only serve to vindicate mediocrity.
The best thing that could happen is to fire the entire staff before they board the plane home. They're clowns. Posers. Imposters. Wastes of space. Upon landing, stop by random PRT stops on the way home. Pick anybody without regard to ethnicity, gender, gender identification, sobriety, or other considerations to replace the clowns, posers, imposters, and wastes of space.. Let the players pick them. Even pick from this board.
Let the players call the plays in lieu of the PRT staff. They can serve GatorAid and lead cheers. Let the players (dare I say it?) devise schemes. DO NOT assign core players (keepers) anything that would risk injury (read: play like its the 'Pro Bowl').
Trade Cam to a real team with a real shot as a nod to his dedication. Picks only. Keep the obvious core but trade anybody that has a market for picks. Raid practice squads for the interim bodies. Who knows, a few might stick.
Tank the season for the picks. Amass 20 or so picks (inclusive of our own) with intent that most will be quality starters in 25.
Trust Omar and Andy to rebuild. Have patience for a year or two. They can turn it around.
