Some interesting ideas. Raiders make it happen!
My whole thing is this. What is the offer. I'm thinking it's a three or a next year two. I don't feel this draft is deep enough for giving up what is left at the top of the board and next year is a long ways away. I went to bed thinking trade trade. Now I'm thinking hold hold.
Captain obvious here, but if they can trade back 4-6 spots and still get one of the two they would consider at 32, that would be a win.
Question is, how good are Omar and Andy at poker?

It'd be nice to get a late third or a fourth rounder. There are enough prospects to move back 4-6 spots and take the best of what's left.

no way I trade back. we are basically only out two draft picks this year, we have four picks in the first three rounds. not one person would pass the 17th pick in the fourth for the first pick in the second and that is essentially where we are at. Ever hear quality over quantity?. I stand pat and take the best three players on the board tonight.

Looking at it this way, Mayer, Branch, and Porter are probably the only three guys left (outside of Levis) with a first-round grade from most draft analysts. From that point the value gets murky.

I trade back if:
- they do not value JPJ or Branch that high
Or
- they reasonably believe they move down 3/4 spots and still get one of them.
- if they trade and move down 6/7 spots, then they didn't like either.
I’ve been looking…the Rams need a QB as they only have Stafford on the roster.
Drop to 2.36 and ask for 3.6 and possibly 3.14…

The Steelers gave up 4.120 to move up three spots in the first...this would be a huge ask for the Rams to move up four spots in the second.
Rams are a mess and could reasonably be expected to be in the "Wilt For Williams" sweepstakes next season.
