Yes we need this division game, but nothing is more important than bringing in a #2 receiver before the deadline.They need to do whatever they have to and bring someone in like Waddle or Olave. I'd rather have Waddle as Olave is on his 4th concussion I believe.

Rooney said this would happen months ago...yeah it hasn't. If they don't do this we will then clearly know they are not serious about winning it all. This is the year to pull out all the stops as the division is there for the taking. No one looks dominant in the AFC or NFC, but the style of football we are playing will come to a screeching halt against the better teams without more firepower/points. We do well enough and who knows Rodgers may sign up for one more.

CA3 is a WR2 who produces like a WR2... an average wr 2 is gonna get like 40 catches and 600ish yards a season.

In the Arthur Smith O they dont even get that.

Jonnu Smith is basically a WR. He just has the title TE.
Honestly, our base O is 1qb, 1rb, 6ol, 2TE and 1wr...

This is a different Tomlin team. More and more, I am starting to see Aaron Rodger's fingerprints on the offense and Jalen Ramsey on the defense. They take care of business tonight it could be the case. With Ramsey, Echols, Slay and JPJ, they should keep Chase and Higgins at bay and help out the pass rush against Bert. Rodgers is 13-6 on Thursday night and he doesn't slack off.

3 games vs 3 division leaders... we are either going to sweep them before losing to the bears and bengals again or go on a real long losing streak... I dont know which option is worse

Yeah, that loss stung and it stinks. I was right about Rodgers, although, his 2 turnovers (the second should have also been incomplete, and possibly an illegal touching, I thought he was out of bounds) lead to 14 points. That said, Rodgers did put up 31 points. The players are there on defense for sure, but the Tomlin/Teryl Austin time is over. They need to figure this out yesterday.

It is possible after a turnover for the defense to actually make a stop and not let someone score, i know that is a novel concept in Pittsburgh, but it is totally possible. Blaming a QB for those 14 points is asinine. The second INT should have been a completed pass and a fumble by DK.
