Looking at all the trades that occurred this weekend, we have to have some guys that we can trade for picks in next years draft

If Hollywood Brown is worth a 1st, DJ has to be. I would trade him for a 1st or even 2nd before Giving him 20 M per year. Same with Claypool next year.

Drafting 2 QBs this year makes Mason Expendable. what would we get for him? I know alot of people trash him on here, but he is a capable back up QB. has to be worth a mid round pick.

It would be awesome to have extra picks next year.

DJ is a free agent next year so that hurts his trade value. I don’t think the Steelers want to make any moves that could hurt their passing game.

I would guess the Steelers could get a sixth rounder for Rudolph. I think they’d wait until the end of training camp before trading him.

I actually think if JuJu didn't have the injury/production issues, the Steelers would've signed him to a long-term deal by now and would've been open to trading DJ this offseason given the value placed on wide receivers. We just didn't have any depth at the position to make a move this year.

Mason is worth a late-rounder at best.

so was AJ Brown I believe? I would seriously try and find a partner to trade him. I was thinking Green Bay before they picked 2

Cbs had mason as the sixth best backup last year… virtually every site had him listed as a to tenish backup… i think if he shows something this preseason he will be worth a mid rounder to a team in need of a backup… lets see how the injuries play out

Now if he sucks in the preseason then we probably cut him outright if tge seventh looks good

Da Raiders aren’t picking up the 5th year option on Cleland Ferrell. Is he worth kicking the tires on a trade option for DJ?

For a straight up trade? No

I would rather get more draft picks for 2023

What?!?! You mean the former tv analyst that was handed a coveted GM position by his buddy Gruden and then shocked everyone with his first round reach isn’t panning out? Hmmmmm 😉

The Steelers tried to sign JuJu, he went to a market that gave him a better passing game and get a chance on a long term deal. Who even knows if he accepted less money to play with mahomes?

I would take a 1st and 3rd for DJ. Whatever team would maybe want a 4th or 5th in return as well. I personally don’t see it happening but didn’t see the either of the Brown trades happening. To pay close to $20 million per is a ton of money and especially for DJ who I actually really like and think he gets too much criticism at times.

In regards to Juju he lost a step somewhere and never developed into the player many thought he was going to be IMO. I was glad we finally let him walk and finally move on.
