A disgruntled employee is suing for not being paid in full, It start in 2013 by Rooney only cutting her a 1/2 check for $50,000.00 of which she did not cash.

A 2025 board gave permission for it to go to court

yeah lets see this play out first.... Ive heard of many people who dispute commissions... and tons that swear they were passed over for promotions for nefarious reasons when it was just they werent the best person for the job.
maybe she is right, maybe she is just overly optimistic of her own station

In the article it says she earned over $100K worth and by far the most earned amongst the commission earners.

Rooney wrote her a check for $50K, which she never cashed. Also note she is gay and part of the suit is over recognition as a gay.

I think there will be a settlement and all forgotten.
