Video - A Day in the life of Jason Worilds

Worilds looks like he has put on a lot more muscle over the last couple of years. Good to hear he's working hard. Hope JJ is too!

He is one big dude. Hopefully, we can sign him long term to a good deal and he can continue to improve upon last year.

It looks like he is doing the right things to get better. This is the year we see if it has been working. Maybe the steelers noticed this as well and were comfortable letting Woodley go because of it. I just hope we don't end up over paying for the guy as he has yet to really produce at a high level.

Dude looks like a monster who is ready to have an explosive year. I hope he can stay healthy. When I watch these videos of athletes it really puts into perspective how talented this athletes are. Seriously, look how hard he works, how physically gifted he is, and he prob isnt even the best LB on his own team (Timmons). Makes you appreciate the other NFL stars that much more IMO. When you look at his strength, size, speed, etc and then realize his best year was 8 sacks? How dominate of an athlete must you be to be successful in the NFL?

Looking huge and determined "What are you going to do with your one and only life." Great video thx for posting.

I feel the same way. The standard is crazy high. For the last 5 offseasons, I would watch Ziggy Hood's latest monster workout video and get super excited about him. Then every year, I would watch him pump out the same mediocre product onto the field. It's the NFL - everyone is putting in work like this.

Seems like colleges are the most unleveled playing field. Some have great talent, others not. In the NFL, the level of talent, for the most part, isn't that far apart. When comparing, the NFL, has nearly every one, a great athlete. Working HARD, day in and day out. (there are exceptions). That being said, I like it when I see our guys, working hard!!!

Salute the nation

I think Jason is going to register 10+ sacks this year. You can see that change in quickness/strength last year.
