Warren fined for non-flag helmet hit. Watson, two flagged personal fouls and pushing an official zero. Wow only Godel and his actions.
Too much if it equals a game check. They are intentionally robbing these players blind. The fine on Warren is significant. Likely almost a game cheque. You could literally mail out 60 fines a week for that. Just ridiculous.
For those keeping count at home that is:Warren wasn't the only Steelers player to incur a hefty fine in the win against the Browns. Linebackers Kwon Alexander and Elandon Roberts were each fined $43,709 for unnecessary roughness. Safety Damontae Kazee was fined $11,806 for unnecessary roughness, while DeMarvin Lealwas fined $6,549 for the same violation. In total, Steelers players were fined $154,106 for violations during the game.
For the Browns, quarterback Deshaun Watson of unnecessary roughness and one unsportsmanlike conduct for a total of $35,513, while running back Jerome Ford was fined $5,281 for unnecessary roughness and tight end David Njoku was fined $13,659 for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Watson is a league cockroach off the field. He has the stupidest contract in the league. He makes more than Warren for the year in one quarter of football. On a night where he takes two personal fouls and should have been ejected when he put his hands on the ref and he incures more than 10 k less than Warren on a play that wasn't and shouldn't have bee penalized. Case ****** closed.Warren wasn't the only Steelers player to incur a hefty fine in the win against the Browns.
