Saw the preview. They show the big SB play closely. The sideline looked to be very confused. The DC asks for a timeout and Belichick is like STFU and is listening very closely into his headset and trying to drown out the confusion around him. Then he deploys his defense and a nothing player comes up and makes one of the best "Guesses" in football history. Bullshit. I'm not saying they cheated,but that has nothing to do with football instincts or luck. They had no answer the whole drive and suddenly they have it. At the barest of minimums that was some type of advanced analytics. More then likely old Ernie Adams new what was happening.
 
It was probably someone on the grassy knoll.
 
It wouldn't surprise me one bit if they stole the play call and passed it on to the defense. Still a stupid call but a cheaters gotta cheat.

So when Harrison guessed in our superbowl win over the cards I guess that means we cheated as well?
As a CB on the goal line your chances of tackling a RB are slim to none so you should be concentrating on your WR. In that tight of space you basically have to cover against a slant or a fade. It was a really piss poor call. If your are going to pass I would have done play action to lynch and have a TE or someone in the flats and roll out wilson. Then he would have had a pass/run option. Trying to jam a pass in the middle of the field when all the D is bunched up there is poor coaching.
 
He didn't guess. They knew. And I'm not saying they knew from cheating I'm saying they knew to a higher certainty. Why would a head coach ignore his DC at a crucial moment in the game like that in favor of someone in his headset. They knew from the deployment package on the field what was going to happen before it did.
 
listen the pats have been doing some mega intel gathering for many years. I would never use radio equipment when i played them. The locker room would be swept for bugs as well or some type of non verbal planning would go on. Those magical half time adjustments they used to do as well as never losing a to a team twice in a year?horseshit..spewing out the other teams plays and calls on the field. It's a long long list that gives them away,but nobody is paying attention. Their demeanor when confronted about cheating is the icing on the cake. ******* Tom Brady is a terrible liar.
 
I hate them. I dont respect them. However, I will not whine about them. Just want to beat them. Doesnt have to be Sept. 10th. I'd prefer January of 2016, 2017, 2018 and until the qb retires and his coach goes with him.
 
I turned it on and felt as if all the air in the room escaped....
 
I dont watch cheaters, unless the steelers are playing them.

According to the "little-known" CB, they had seen that play on film a couple of times in their study and had a plan for it in their pregame preparation...that's how he recognized the play. When Belichick called the defense, he knew what they were going to do because he's done his homework. It is the EXACT SAME way that James Harrison knew the slant was coming in the SB.

Do the Pats**** cheat? Hell yes they cheat...but I really don't think this situation was one of the ways they do it...This was one of those times where you tip your cap to the coach and the staff for doing their homework.
 
The moment Ernie Adams leaves that team is the moment they become B*ll B*llicheat's Browns.
