The report suggests that Serco is keeping an unnecessary number of employees because it gets paid per worker, instead of by the number of applications they are processing. They are currently hiring.

And we ain't seen it all yet, in the "you gotta pass it to see what's in it" bill, they keep finding more goodies every day.

This one will blow your mind. And, if you are a physician, it will blow your pocketbook. There is a provision in ObamaCare that allows a person to sign up and pay their health care premium (or have it virtually paid for them by taxpayers) and then stop paying the premium after one month. The insurance company MUST cover services for them for 30 days AFTER they have stopped paying their premium. Then, physicians and hospitals MUST continue to provide care for 60 days after that and must go after the patient for the costs. If the doctors were reimbursed by the insurance company for any services rendered after the 30 days free reimbursement by the insurance company, the doctor or hospital MUST give that money back to the insurance company.

That means that in order to get paid, the doctor or hospital must allocate a staff member to call the insurance company on each date of service to ascertain whether the patient has paid their premium and, if not, when they stopped paying and then calculate whether it has been 90 days since the premium was not paid. It is a nightmare. And, really, the only way doctors can avoid this nightmare is to decline to see patients enrolled in ObamaCare.

That's because it wasn't written by Bomma and the current Dems. BommaCare is the Dem wishlist that has been making its way around Capitol Hill for 50 years with more being added to it by generations of Dem Congressmen and lobbyists. The Left hand doesn't know what the other Left hand is doing.
