I grew up in Mckeesport, listening to my dad yell at the TV during every Steeler game. My brother and I used to love seeing him get fired up! This is the inspiration of our new book, The Sleepiest Football Fan: A Little Book About The Big Game.

We would love to somehow get the attention of someone like Pittsburgh Dad to do the narration for the audiobook! It could be a true Yinzer masterpiece..So I'm spreading the word here as a starting point!

Yes---some of my fav memories watching the Steelers with Dad and brothers, especially in the 70's when it meant more to families in Pittsburgh than just a football game..

Thank you so much! I agree with your point about the 70s. We want to bring that kind of family and community connection back. It seems like it is so hard to bring people together anymore, even over something we all love so much.
