3rd Tie Break 5 total hunters
Hunters. I had two paid hunter (long barrel), 3 unpaid (2-long barrel, 1- arch).
——The two paid hunters (separate hunts) weren’t very good hunters but managed to both fill their tags. 1-spike buck (white tail) with 4-6 rounds in him and ruined in my opinion (I never say anything, just say good job and hauled it up to meat locker for him to get it processed (Meat locker Donna, my friend, is professional about too)
—— the second paid hunter only had about 4 hrs and managed to shoot a real nice doe, he was hunting for the meat. Locker plant processed and shipped to him all good.
2- unpaid have been hunting my place for 20+ years. Alex lives in Tucson, AZ and he shot a real NICE 4point white tail. He took the head to be mounted and gave me the body. I took up to locker plant and Donna & crew were impressed.
Last unpaid hunter is a 24 year old 20+ year friend. He is archery and has till Dec.31 to fill.
I have a 3 main artery the deer use to go from plains to river bottom. It is by far the best place to hunt and believe me trophy worthy bucks are taken often. The two friends hunting passed up 6 & 7 point bucks as it was early in the week.
