Penn State has a bye which means it's a ****** college weekend. But we must still soldier on with the rest of week 4 anyway. There are a few PSu tidbits though. PSU will appear on a Hard Knocks style show along with 3 less interesting programs.

Also, former PSU QB Tommie Stevens, who many PSU fans have somehow elevated to superstar status despite him rarely attempting a pass while at Penn State, was benched by Miss State last weekend.

There are actually some pretty big games this weekend

Noon - 11 Michigan at 13 Wisconsin
Wisky has looked impressive against 2 weak opponents while Michigan was outplayed and should have lost to Army. Mich was supposed to have this new wide open offense but so far it has looked mostly conservative with a struggling QB, as usual.

Wisky has the great RB Jonathan Taylor and they may have found a QB in Jack Coan. Wisconsin should win this, but It worries me that Wisky had 2 blowouts and Michigan played close games. They could be better prepared for a tough game. Plus Mich is good for a few egregious Big Ten ref assists per game

3:30 - 8 Auburn at 17 Texas A&M

3:30 - 15 UCF at Pitt
UCF doesn't impress me. Pitt plays good defense and causes lots of ugly games. Their QB made some plays vs PSU last week. I have a feeling Pitt wins this if they trust that QB a bit and if they stop making that poor guy run back and forth to the sideline after every single play just to get the playcall. I've never seen anything so ridiculous.

8:00 - 7 Notre Dame and 3 Georgia
must win for ND if they want a shot at the playoff. Almost meaningless for Georgia, because early season losses get memory holed for SEC teams. Hard to think ND has a chance with their history of blowing big games.

More SEC hate I see. ND has to win because they aren't a part of a conference and they don't play anyone except Georgia and Michigan. You don't deserve to be in the NC playoff when you play no one. New Mexico, Navy, BC, Bowling Green, VT and Stanford aren't going to cut it when you have teams that go through a conference schedule.

Look at Georgia's schedule: #7 ND, #9 Florida, #8 Auburn, #17 Texas A&M. That's three years worth of tough games for ND. And that doesn't count tough games against SC and KY. So yea, I'd take a 1 loss Georgia over a 1 loss ND.

Penn State needs the bye to work on a lot of things before hitting their conference schedule. Based on how they've played so far, I can't see them doing much better than .500 in conference but that's why they play the games.

If Georgia doesn’t win by 20 I’ll be stunned.

We’re beating those irish ******** today. I’ve never been so amped for a regular season college game.
Sic ‘em Dawgs!

so basically you agree with me. Must win for ND and meaningless for Georgia.

Not meaningless for Georgia. Losing is never meaningless in college because it gives you no room for error. If they lose against ND they have to run the table to even be considered. ND sets their schedule, they have no conference, and they have to live with it. Their decision.

Wisconsin is beating Michigan down. How much longer can Jimbo last?

Hello, Michigan committment, this is James Franklin, just callin to say Hi.

Pitt tryin' to pull a BIG upset. I hate all the UCF hype. All yinz yinzers sittin' around on a sat. afternoon need ta get down to the stadium!

Hopin' that Ga. ruins ND.

SEC has the skimpiest cheerleader outfits, by far, and SEC coverage cameramen do the most upskirt shots of any conference, and of course the hot weather lasts longer so the skirts stay short a lot longer whilst those up north are huddled in coats and snowboots and earflaps

U might have just jinxed them, lol

21-17 Pitt after having a 21-3 lead. Auburn 21-2 over Texas A&M middle of the 3rd.

Now Pitt is trailing 24-21 because of a punt return TD. Horrible tackling after a booming kick.

Jinxed!

Just like i perdicted

Pitt defense just like Steelers? wide open WRs, missed tackles everywhere for big plays

31-21

Best game of the day, UCF knocks out Pitt QB, they score lol

31-28 UCF

Hell of a play by Pitt to go into the lead. The trickeration was strong.

Trickeration wins the day!

They need to keep them unis, look like UCLA lol
