WhoAley Leaf Mulch, here we are in Week 9 and sitting at a weak 4-3. Two weeks ago, we had the NORTH at our fingertips and yet let it slip away. Currently we are still up 1 game on the Ravens & Bungles. A BIG if we can beat Indianapolis, that would put us up 2. Coach Tomlin has talked change, in schematics and personnel, we can only wait and see.

Indianapolis Colts -------- at -------PITTSBURGH STEELERS

Tie Breakers
1)
Does Aaa-ron finish the game, take the last offensive snap for the Steelers ?
2)
DK Metcalf + Roman Wilson total receiving yards combined example 346yrds.

3) How many miles does the UTV have on it as of writing this ??? (hint: it's more than 700mi)

here would be NO PRIZE

One of my Best friend's girlfriend is a colts fan, #1 team in the NFL, they don't care how they score--------------------- 27.5

Change, Change, Change, told we will CHANGE, guaranteed CHANGE, change change change, salad------------------- 28

Tie Break
1) YES
2) 165

3) "wild guess" but I'd win if I put my guess down.

HOT Topic: Coaching hot seat......................
----
I know the first thing many will say is that the Tomlin has NO Hot Seat. I tend to agree for the past but come into today's time and it has possibly changed. Many here and world wide want change, meaning the Tomlin gone. His product on the field of play has not lived up the cost invested into his salary. 4th highest paid coach with NO playoff wins, consistent non-consistent team performance of late. He currently sprouts a winning record and leads the AFC NORTH, not many feel safe in that lead.
---- Art 2 has leaked being frustrated, but no definition of the extent of frustration. It could be minimal to major. I highly doubt there will be a mid-season firing, and that includes the DC having job security for this season. I'd rate his contract will not be renewed. It's hard to predict Art 2 level of thinking as he is all over the place and not very vocal in his wants.
---- The extreme of what could happens will be directly relevant to the outcome of these next several games. If the Steelers are continuously "mugged" with no answer, the noise could get louder on the Duece. The "Fire Tomlin" chant could really bring some hard thinking and possible change. That chant may take several Home games, including a Penn's game or two as well. Should be some chance the Tomlin get canned, I'd see Arthor Smith moved right into temporary HC position. It would really suck as Austion would probably be retained as DC unless Smith really made a bold move and either moved someone up or actually brought someone in.... Remember nothing will happen UNLESS it got pretty extreme and the chants were loud and clear for more than one game.
---- Our schedule isn't getting easier, and at this stage of the game it will be harder and harder to get better play from the team. Our "motivator" might be able to turn things around somewhat, but he will have to entertain way more change than I could ever see him doing. We could easily lose the next three.
---- Have hope, some are saying we have a chance against the Colts. Any given Sunday has happened before and could again. I think our best chance of a win is in 4 weeks (Chicago). If we can get a little better "D" coaching / scheme / player fire-up......... anything is possible.
---- I for one don't see a lot of ability to step up, that makes it hard for a positive thought process. I'll be hoping and rooting until there is no hope and mathematically the season is over. At that point I will want other players to play, test what we have. Possibly try some different non-Tomlin type defense. One can ONLY dream.....!!

Imho this is a playoff game for our beloved Steelers this in week 9! WTH is going on here

A loss and the skid may grow past the 5 Tommy uncorked last year
A win and who knows??? Maybe some momentum and a confidence boost keeps em
Alive and they turn things around.

I’ve been crunching the numbers and they show opponents scoring 2 pts more per game while the Steelers score 6 pts a game less

So in classic playoff fashion

Colts 37
Steelers 19 (thanks for the 12 MVP)

1) Yes (down 3 scores Mike still thinks we’re in the game)
2) 86 (just like the Steelers in the playoffs 86’d)
3) 868,686 miles

Man I miss Hines more than words can tell
Maybe he can take over for numbnuts

Hard one to guesstimate! Colts are 7-1 and have explosive offense and should continue the dismantling of this horrible defense but, Tomlin generally uses these circumstances to fool everyone and pull one out of his ***.
Not this time however! I think theres just enough rope to hang himself with an old and predictable defense.
Colts - 41
Steelers - 27

Yes - Aaron takes the final snap.
DK & Roman Yardage - 110
ATV mileage - 1465

Tomlin reaches out to grab hold of the greased pole of destiny. All stand back, expecting to watch him slide further down the standings for yet another week, except he is already lying face down on the basement floor. A-a-Ron tells Mike T to just stand up, take the muck off his hands, and get a proper grip...he has got this. Austin pokes his head out of his naughty room and reminds A-a-Ron that the opposition are wearing white again for the third week in a row and his inability to locate any player in a white uniform is likely to continue for another week. Boz has the last say and reminds them all that the field conditions still suck and that is where they have the advantage.

Steelers 31
Colts 28

1. Yes
2. 134 yards
3. 1,607 miles

I’m not predicting a score, but the Steelers are going to win this game. Bank it. Coming off two bad losses in a row, going against a team that looks like an absolute juggernaut that no one thinks the Steelers will beat? This is just the kind of game they’ll win. I’d be more worried if they were playing the Titans or Saints on Sunday.

Definitely see this angle as a distinct possibility

Dimes starts throwing dimes to Ramsey and Co and next thing ya know Tomlin thinks everything is fixed

I think the D will give up another 35+ points game.

My current thought is just that, the “D” will give up an unsumountable amount of points that the offense won’t be able to keep up. Our offense wil score 28+, enough to win. The “D” will not hold.

A thought for the board, if we do get boat raced once again what will Art do next week? Will he fire Austin?
Steelernation and the city will go crazy! The local media will be more vocal.
Should be interesting!

Somehow the colts are only 3.5 favorites which seems like easy money, but Vegas usually knows what they are doing. Watching the steelers this year and how they preform against good offenses it is very difficult to not see the colts going up and down the field. I'm going to go 38-17 colts.
