It isn't even losing, it is losing embarrassingly.

Painful not just painful ******* painful.

having a down year? just come play the Steelers who always give you a chance to win.

At this point if you are a Tomlin supporter you ******* have screws lose.

This guy always coaching down to a lesser team. Such as:

No focus with a plethora of stupid penalties which screams undisciplined.
A ******* franchise QB a pro bowl WR a stud RB and you can't get a first down to seal a game against a pathetic team like the Bucs?
The whole world knows they are passing yet no S help? no exotic blitzes to pressure the QB?
This guy is a repeat ******* offender. Time and time again, when is enough a ******* enough?
The O looks like it is drawn up in crayon, and the D couldn't catch a ******* cold.
Both sides of the ball a ******* joke.
So many obvious trends it is ******* sickening and embarrassing.
A Ben punt instead of a first down try? ******* really?

You Omar Epps looking mother ******, get the **** out of our city.

He has turned our team into a ******* laughing stock.

A petition? anything

get this clueless dipshit out of our city please!

I had to type this out as my blood pressure is up.

I want this fuckhead gone

pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

If everyone keeps up with their displeasure the rooneys would be nuts to keep him. Tomlin must go has to be everywhere

Tomlin isn't going anywhere. I know right now everyone wants him gone but the Rooneys don't work that way. Tomlin is finding out that taking over a team a year removed from a SB and building his own team are two different things.

don't attend games, don't buy merchaandise. the problem is there are too many half *** fans who will still make up for it, much like the cowboys keep rolling along thanks to the half assers even though they have not done anything worth talking about since the end of Clinton's first term.

oh also contact the owner of this website and tell him we need an update.

Just insert the name Tomlin, read the page, and it will be like de ja vu all over again.

We need a 4-12 type clusterfuck for any reasonable prospect of a change to occur in January.

Unfortunately, there's enough talent at QB, RB and WR to squeeze 7 of 8 wins out of it, which would be insufficient suckitude to prompt the Rooney's to act. After all, Tomlin's career winning % would still look pretty good,

All these Tomlin threads are hilarious. Let me spell it out simply for you...

If you honestly feel that Tomlin was hired because of the Rooney rule, what makes you think the Rooney's will FIRE him?

done.......................

oh and bring your banners to the stadium if you do attend. this is from the archived firecoachcowher.com site Dec. 20th 2003.

This was on ESPN's site today:

The last two home games have been marked by empty seats in the second half, something [Giants owner] Wellington Mara noted after a loss to Buffalo. He wasn't worried about money -- the Giants have been sold out for years -- but about the fans' attitude toward the team.

"The crowd is our customers," Mara said. "When they leave, it's the same as someone calling up or writing and saying you're not doing what it is I want you to do."

A true owner who values what the fan thinks...

The way to get rid of Cowher is if people behave the same way that the fans do at Giants stadium. Maybe then the Rooneys will realize that it's time for a change.

Not to mention what someone else suggested to do at the games: Hanging banners that say Cowher Must Go!

After watching another waste of time Cowher press conference it is crystal clear that Billy Boy is a prime candidate for psychotherapy.

He is in complete denial about the future direction of this team and has NO CLUE about talent evaulation.
He is treating the final two games as if HIS salary bonus in his contract is based on the number of wins each year.

who ******* brought up the ******* Rooney rule?

I do not care why he was hired I could ******* care less what color the dipshit is.

I just want him gone.

Read any number of the Tomlin threads littered on the board here, you'll find plenty people mentioning the Rooney rule. Chicoman just mentioned it today in the other fire Tomlin thread.

ah well that is their issues, not a issue I have.

This clueless coach jumped the shark, I just want this perennial twatwaffle gone.

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Any team that turns the ball over two or more times usually loses. Any team that commits 6 personal foul penalties in a game usually loses. Tomlin has no discipline on his team. He really should be fired. Or, perhaps rooney should persuade him to "step down" .

or maybe chip in and get a fire Tomlin banner for a plane to fly during a game, I hear for the U it caused quite a stir.

I saw alot of empty seats today and also got an email earlier this week saying there were seats available for this game and others. Like others have stated....this team and franchise is starting to be dead to me. I get worked up and ask myself why? Years ago I knew we would come back better and stronger, I haven't felt that way in a long time.

A few more years of 8-8 or worse. By then they'll can him and one of Kent Graham's or Kordell Stewart's kids will be ready to play QB.

IIRC, Cliff Stoudt's kids were highly rated QB recruits, doesn't one play at Clemson?

Saw him get pulled for a freshman in the first Q last week.

Its Ben or Tomlin...my guess is Tomlin be be canned

Back in the 80's they named an off-ramp on the new Parkway North for Cliff Stoudt. It's called the Cliff Stoudt Underpass.
(I'm old, I remember this stuff.)

I'm thinking Ben's next contract won't be a problem because Arizona will find a way to afford him.
