What other teams offense and defense would you chose if you could replace ours?

Not players as much as Ravens scheme on defense. They mug the line and try to dictate what the offense can do. Way more aggressive then any other team. Always has been since Hairball.
But do think the 49ers are more complete.
 
Lions on offense, 49ers on defense.

The Lions have two good running backs, including a rookie gamebreaker. They have a great rookie TE who looks like he can develop into one of the best in the league. Amon-Ra St. Brown is a terrific receiver and they have depth at the position. Goff is whatever, they're just a fun team to watch offensive.

San Francisco gets after it on defense. When they're on, they are dominant in all phases of the game. A true shutdown defense when it's all clicking.
 
Baltimore’s defense is what ours use to be, so I’d pick Baltimore‘s”D”.

You guys call them "rats" but you don't hate them you envy them

Cant copy their O because you need a running QB who can read D and go through progressions and then throw good balls. Jackson has really mature into a complete player he's the best QB in the league right now.

Definitely take their D but again you need an all pro at every level and they're still giving up the goods against the run. This is likely where Ryans tries to exploit Baltimore.

Shanahan O is excellent
 
I believe that the current players on both sides of the ball would be much better with a completely different philosophy

Once I started watching couldn't stop.
Totally forgot that we actually did crush the Patriots once.

Brady harassed and sacked 3 times, a couple ints. Good day for Joey Porter.

Burriss, Staley and The Bus on O. Wow.

The team we put in Black and Gold today is unrecognizable from the team we once watched.

There's certainly no envy. That's silly. They have good coaching,philosophies,development and systems from which they operate.
You probably should get yourself some purple gear since you're so enamored with them and dare not say an ill word about a hated rival. One that the Steelers have routinely beaten. The RATS are having a good season, but haven't won a thing yet.




We no longer have a place any decent coach wants anything to do with. We have managed to run anyone decent away.

We are stuck with what we have because of the owner. That's all there is to it. They rest on what they used to be,as if just sticking on the uniform makes you great.

Every year they look like they're 3 years away. Then 3 years later it's still 3 years away, rinse&repeat.

They only share the colors. That pick 6 was sweet! Then of course the pats*** magically had all of the answers to the Steelers on offense and defense.

Even their ****** 2-10 team this year beat them with some bum.

Uh no, we called the Rats way before we "envied" them, if you think that is what's going on here.. The name will stick regardless.
The O and D we once had, there was nothing to envy. We owned them.

Now, the derogatory terms for the Steelers is solely because of envy. Primarily coming from our division.
I don't think I need to explain.

Many here have acknowledged the Rats good D. But they're still the Rats.
 
You may not have noticed but they've destroyed the competition the past couple months with the highest SOV in the league. Making it look easy against good competition

No I won't. I'd rather keep you in suspense.
That will keep you occupied for a while.
 
The offense needs new concepts hence they have to flush the old playbook and start from scratch. More presnap motion, more groupings of receivers and a better blocking scheme up front then what we have been using. Ideally you need guards and a centaur who can pull and lead block.

As far as teams or persons, man just get someone with fresh ideas that don't involve running the same play so many times a game the defense can call it out or jet ******* sweeps or stupid *** bubble screens for 1 yard.
