Other than concussion protocol, is there anything new regarding Boswell?
If he can't go on Sunday, who is the emergency kicker? Harvin did OK, sort of, on the kickoffs, but isn't a viable option for FG's.

Waiting on the league to be handing down harsh fines and suspensions for the hit, and waiting, waiting, waiting.
 
The fine is coming Zona. I'd bet on it.

We had a nice tweet by Boz on Sunday, so I'm optimistic that he can return, especially since we play on Monday and that gives him an extra day to clear protocol. Also helps that he doesn't take hits in practice to set him back or exasperate the concussion.

I'd bet that he'll be ready to go on MNF, but if he's not, we'll add another kicker on the PS to be called up for the game.
 
Not sure why we didn't do the pooch kick. It's just as legal as the place kick.
 
Yes and Tomlin needs to scrap this play forever. Boz makes his money with his leg, not with his arm. Tomlin is damn lucky the boys sucked it up and bailed his *** out. You take the three points on the road like that. You have one of the most accurate kickers in this league so use him what he’s intended for.
This could have been uglier had the Steelers needed a game winning FG.
 
I still can't believe Tomlin called a fake in that situation. One of the dumbest decisions I've seen him make in a long line of dumb decisions. Regardless, if you are going to make that call, I would have let Percy do the fake, not BOS. Hope he clears protocol and plays on Monday.
