Dan Marino?

Brett Favre?

Somewhere in between.. Jeff George, maybe?

Since our defense has a tendency to make opposing QBs look amazing who have no business even looking decent, I'd say it's pretty much a crapshoot tonight what shows up under center for Tennessee

Well let's hope Lebeau's success against rookie QB's continues.
 
He'll looks like a Combo of Brett Favre, tom Brady and Peyton Manning

Think he's gonna get his *** handed to him. We gonna raise up tonight. The better Berger is winning tonight.
 
Our defense will make him look like the next John Elway. But we win anyway.

Don't think our defense has much of a tendency to make rookie QB's look amazing.
 
not sure who 2-picks, 1-fumble lost, and 4-sacks will look like. I see a win S-T-E-E-L-E-R-S !!!!!

The thing I like about a Dick Lebeau defense is the older he gets, the more he keeps on beating down rookie QBs...

Are the Steelers going to beat the Titans tonight? It would be a lot cooler if they did.
 
Zach Mettenberger does a lot of what Roethlisberger did his rookie year. He looks at the defense and reads which side of the field has the best routes vs what the defense called. Then he only looks at one or two reads and gets the ball out. It simplifies the offense and minimizes the reads the QB needs to make so the trick is to disguise the defense and bring pressure.
 
Looks like Brett Favre to me. It's time for Lebeau to go. He's been making these no name QBs look like HoFs since Cowher's been here. He's way overdue for retirement.

He DL made a statement that was a two edged sword with the way it was worded. He was given credit for all the beat downs of rookie qbs in his career and responded that was because he had good players. Right now he is real short on good players, the secondary is playing with the bottom of the depth chart, most of these guys have not seen that kind of field time since preseason, and would not still if not for injuries.

People forget that we are essentially down our top two CB's. Taylor out with his injury, Allen out with his brain farts. Those were the top two CB's going into the year, and now we are trotting out Gay and Brice McCain, with Antwon Black and BW Webb getting some snaps as well. Aside from Gay, the rest are fringe players at best. Forced into extended play due to injury and bad play. Then you are down your starting OLB, starting ILB, starting SS. Lots of people complain about Jarvis Jones, but what was behind him was even worse, yet people want LeBeau to work miracles and get these guys to play like pro bowlers. The talent just isn't there.

I believe an old Harrison is better than either Jones or Worilds and think that is the one area that improved. Kiesel is better than the others at this point with the exception of Heyward.

Heyward disappears too often. Keisel is still the better player IMHO.
