Which Pens jersey should we get?

Mrs. Fan and I are getting Pens jerseys so that when they come to Denver we can travel down there and see it live.

Which jerseys do you all suggest?
 
I'd go with Rust, Sheary, Dumoulin. Crosby, Malkin, Letang are great players, but are too cliche amongst jersey owners. I'm investing in a Sheary jersey soon. I like Rust cause he has my fave number. And he is gonna be special.


But to note. Crosby is a generational player. Can't go wrong
 
I'd get a Crosby if you want something you can wear the rest of your life.

I want a Pierre Larouche powder blue.

Get a Lemieux jersey. Always in chic. Or , maybe, a Francois Lauroux.

If I would get a new jersey, i'd get Daley. When I usually do buy player shirts or jerseys, the player I get is not long on the team (Staal, D. Murray and Engelland). I'm sure Daley would be added to that list.

Saying that, the smart money would be to go with Crosby. He is/will be Mario-esque. One of the All-time great Penguins and players in the NHL.
 
I already have a Crosby. I just don't want to get a player who is here for a couple of years. Lemieux might happen. Would love to see Daley and Kessel stay for a long time. The whole HBK line could stay. Same with MM.

My rule with Steelers jersies is to get one that is generational. I rarely get one of an active player. I did for Farrior, Miller and Deebo, but those were pretty safe picks.

I already have Crosby (Black/Vegas Gold with the A on it), Malkin baby blue winter classic, Fleury dark blue and tan winter classic, Barnaby Black and vegas gold, and a Blank Pittsburgh with the city name diagnal across the chest. I wore that for the cup clincher!

No love for the new goalie in this thread? I'd go with Rust... Very appropriate name for Pittsburgh...

He was on fire for a few games then sort of disappeared. He got his bell rung one night right?

Crosby, Malkin or Letang. The others may not be with the team very long.

But their names are etched onto Lord Stanley. Part of a memorable 2016 run. After so many years of playoff frustration, this is sweet

Nope, Kelly was with the Pens for 4 seasons in the mid 70's. One of the best fighters around. He even scored some goals. This was pre-VCR, so there isn't much film. Old Time Hockey

I've been thinking about a Bonino jersey myself. He had a decent regular season and was huge in the playoffs and then hearing about how messed up he was during the finals with the elbow infection and fever and then hearing Sullivan's admiration for him after the Pens won, I've become a big fan of his and would love to get one. However, I also gotta say that I'm very thankful that he didn't cost us by not elevating the puck those two times!

Bonino was on iv's all series too. Dude stepped up though. This whole group was special. My faves were Sheary and Hagelin. Eh---everyone played their part
 
I bought a Bonino only because I feel his play in the playoffs help win the cup for the Penquins. I bought at a really good price since he is not one of the big names. When I wear his jersey I will remember one heck of a rocky ride from December on, coach change, player changes and sitting outside the center, with a fan base as no other even losing, then celebrating the cup win.
