Why do we keep Levi Wallace on the field on defense ?

Wallace week after week is picked on as our weakest link on defense. Do we have NO ONE that can do better than this guy ? Can’t cover, no speed to stay with his man, gets lost in coverage. Just terrible, and not physical…why isn’t he being called out?
