The infatuations with Aaron Rogers by the national sports media (i.e. First Take, Get Up, Colin Herd, SC) is ridiculous.

There are 31 other teams with QBs worthy of some recognition. Patrick Mahommes obviously deserves it along with some others.

Last night's Stillers game was proof that Rogers is way over hyped by the media.

Nice news is that the Stillers are 5-2 and the mightly Jets with the savior Aaron Rodgers are 2-5!

My Beaver Falls boy Joe Willie Namath still is the Jets superstar

Aaron's best days are far behind him now. Lots of great QB stories in the league this year that should be getting more coverage.
Jared Goff playing great for the Lions.
Sam Darnold playing great for the Vikes..
Jordan Love playing well for the Packers.
Justin’s mini resurgence with us.
There are other QBs out there with good stories instead of the very old looking Rogers.

steelhurt, I suspect some of the "infatuation" element with Rogers is the New York City presence of all of theses sports shows.

BTW, I agree with your comment about a very old looking Rogers. Very few NFL players can be a Tom Brady at 40.

Don't forget the kid on the Commanders...Jayden Daniels. He's really good too...I'm truly worried about that game after the bye week.

hes doing very well. I was going to mention him and should have. Actually the guy in Chicago, Williams doing good too.

Rodgers is still very good. The first pick was all on him, but the 2nd was not his fault. Even the best make a poor throw here and again, and in the event, that really wasn't. Give Bishop credit. The 2nd was a great throw. I can't stand Rodgers as much as anyone, but even though they are 2-5, I think they make some noise by the end of the year.

I think he is an *******. I understand some of the off field stuff with Ben tarnished his image permanently. Rogers is a ********. You can see it essentially every time he talks and his gestures on the field. I have no idea why he us the media darling mvp.

Rodgers is a bit goofy and the last member of his generation of QBs. Personalities like his don't come around often, so the media latches on.

So I see less out of 40 year old Rodgers than 39 year old Ben... could both be an NFL qb at this age, sure... but i cant see how one was virtually drummed out of tge league by the media and the other retains superhero status

He is wacky. He was once a really good qb.

He's on the Jets.... that might be making him look a lot worse than he actually is. Ben was on an obviously better team.

**** Rodgers!!!!!
You can love Rogers to death or hate his guts, it make no difference to me. Zero. None. I won't put on my lecturer hat and judge you either way. I will leave that up to "the judgers" They can judge who is allowed to be scorn and who is not!! Go get 'em judges. They can even evaluate who is immature or not! They really possess special skills!

If you were to find another meswageever written with the word Judge used in it more times, I would be impressed

Rodger’s has now went 29 games without a 300 yard game. Since Dec/ 2021 against the Bears. Could not believe that when they said it last night. His glory days are over. He gets all the attention because he is known to say more stupid/controversial things. Creates lots more hits than a normal interview.

awwwww poor, poor awwwunn wohdgels
