This guy's is fast. He is tough and catches the ball very well. He is also a good blocker. I hope the Steelers are designing lots of plays where he will be catching the ball out of the backfield. He can also be very effective in the screen game. This guy has never gotten the offensive touches he deserves. I believe he is a serious weapon with his combination of size, speed and agility. I am not sold on his running from scrimmage, but he can be a big surprise to the Ravens. They need to make him Moose Johnson for a day.

I tend to agree. He and Harris may be our main 2 backs this week.

These guys can play. The Rats are run stoppers, look at the stats of the last meet. Ben can read a defense, if he gets the matchups he'll run the ball otherwise it's about receivers getting separation and protection for Ben. Give Ben the time and he will torch the Rats secondary.

I am amazed at what this guy brings to the game!!!! Actually, Harris and him are a step down from Bell, but still provide a decent punch. Curious as to how these two guys stack up against Baltiwhore's guys? I bet there isn't that BIG of a difference. Experience, yes, but ours are fast a powerful. Edge may go to them, but not as big a gap as the non steelers fans may think.

I admire the optimism, I really do, but re-watch a Steelers game ... any game ... and see how often Bell makes a huge catch for a lot of yards to keep a drive going, or score a TD. Watch how often he gets 3 yards on a running play, where it looked like he was getting 0, to make it 2nd and 7 rather than 2nd and 10.

Bell is elite. No team in the NFL can lose a guy like Bell and not suffer as a result. Those are the facts.

I am NOT dismissing the Steelers this Sunday. The defense is coming together, the offensive line is really working well, the receivers are elite, and Ben is not a weapon - he is an arsenal. But I am realistic that losing Bell for the game hurts like a *****.

Of coarse having Bell out, hurts. But the drop off from Bell to "new guy", will be made up by other players. Yes, Bell gains and gains, but now you have to go to others. Thats the TEAM part of football. I realize you know this, but the gloom and doom of losing Bell, isn't the end of the game.

FIVE WIDE *******!!!!!!

I don't think anyone has said not having Bell will hurt. It will but can they win this week without him? 100%, yes they can!
