Why not bring back Joe Haden to play backup safety? We know he can takle, he's smart and instinctive, he still has some speed, knows the Defense. Lets bring him in, it would only be an improvement over what we have left now.

It eludes to several things but there are three possibilities as to why JOE didn't want to play for the B & G.
1) we have our starters
2) He may view Pittsburgh as not being contenders
3) He may be ready to announce his retirement
All level headed discussion and NO anti-Joe banter needed. I' glad we had him for as long as we did, he brought the rock to his position.
