Interesting feature in this latest version of the Canada Cup: Each of North America and Europe will field teams made up of younger players that were not outlined on the main country rosters. This means a Team Canada, Team USA and Team North America comprised of both Canadians and Yankees. While this is a new direction, I like the idea of more, younger players getting a role on the world tournament stage; it has to be better than including Uzbekistan or Denmark in the pool.

Murray is on Team North America. Canada is always loaded, I think they win the tourney. Ryan Callahan also had hip surgery, gonna be a no go for him. I wonder how that will affect Tampa's early season strategy

Why would Sid play for team USA? Am I missing something?

I am a huge hockey fan.....but I would be okay with no hockey until the NHL season starts back up.
