If DHB can learn to catch, and Wheaton lives up to his billing, when we go 5 wide we could put the following out there-
Brown, Moore, DHB, Wheaton, Archer. Now, given the straight line speed of Archer, Wheaton, DHB, AND Brown, I don't think there is a team in the nfl that can run with them past 10-20 yards. The question is, will the line be able to hold up long enough to allow the deeper routes to become a real threat, because if they do, defenses are going to have a very, very difficult time covering all those guys.
Now, if DHB goes back to his ball dropping ways, and if Archer doesn't show he can catch the ball at this level, and if Wheaton doesn't get to where he needs to be in year two, well, things could be quite different. I think we'll still have a solid Moore and Brown, but behind them lie a lot of potential and excitement. Why the **** isn't it Sunday already!
Can't wait to see what this offense can do. Hope they give Ben the keys early and often.
