WR Room fixed

Well, the Limas WR wasn't very sweet for the Steelers.....maybe Lemoncello will bring joy
One is a Lemon and the other a Limas.

Why the f.... are the Steelers looking to trade for Jonnu Smith? They already don't use Muuth and Washington like they should and Smith already brought in scrub TE's he worked with in the past. I hope this is just a rumor as they have no need for Jonnu. They need a real WR2, if anything.

I read that too and thought “hope this is click bait”.

Covering your asZ can happen in many ways, the WR2 needs covering.

Salute the nation

I always thought in watching gamnes that having multiple good TEs was a very tough offense to contend with. But as you said, they have to use them.

Agree. They barely use muth, mount Washington is an afterthought and you bring jonnu? Washington won't play again and won't develop as a receiver at all, will be a wasted mid round on a blocking only TE

I don't think they ever had Muuth, Washington, and Pickens on the field at the same time in the redzone. And if they did, they didn't throw to them in the endzone. Three tall guys like that are un-coverable yet we didn't have that play in use by Smith/Tomlin.

Jonneau Smith is the DK Metcalf of Tight ends. Solid, easily well above average, They will flash and look like superstars once in a while with gaudy stat lines, then completely disappear for stretches. No thanks
If they could get a Gates/ Gronk type guy in lieu of a servicable WR#2 I would be all for it, Smith isn't that guy.
