Wyoming does some things right

Here are some bills in the current planning in Wyoming. It starts 2/12/2024, and they have 20 days to make it happen or not.

HB0050: What is a woman act: This proposed legislation requires female and male to be defined by the person’s biological sex at birth. Additionally it requires agencies, such as the WDOC, which collect vital statistics to identify each person who is part of the collected data set as either male or female consistent with the person's sex at birth.

HB0059: Prohibiting mask, vaccine, and testing discrimination: This proposed legislation prohibits withholding services or requiring persons to wear a face covering.

HB0028: Interference with parent-child contact: Creates a new misdemeanor crime when a person who has been granted physical custody or visitation with a child pursuant to a child custody determination is guilty of interference with parent‑child contact if the person willfully prevents or obstructs the rights of another person entitled to physical custody or visitation with the child pursuant to a child custody determination.

SF0067: Public employee retirement contributions: This proposed legislation increases employer and employee contributions for the public employee retirement plan.

These are the ones I want passed this session.

The sad part is that state legislatures have to waste time, energy and money on stuff like that. SF0067 is worthy. In a sane world, you wouldn't have to bother with the rest.
