The Pittsburgh Steelers have the luxury of having one of the best head coaches in the NFL in Mike Tomlin. Tomlin is currently the longest tenured head coach in the league, as he was hired prior to the 2007 season, and he has the much-coveted streak of 18 non-losing seasons. Despite all of Tomlin's success, he last won the Super Bowl at the end of the 2008 season and his team has not won a playoff game since the 2016 season. The recent lack of playoff success has the fan base on edge, with a lot of the group wanting Tomlin out as head coach.
